1. The Online Store sells products via the Internet.

2. Orders are accepted via the Internet. To place an order, complete the order form. After placing the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail message that the order has arrived at the store.

3. The order is executed when the store receives from the Buyer an e-mail confirming the order.

4. The order delivery time is given in the information about order processing.

5. After completing the order, the goods are sent to the Buyer.

6. Time of receipt of the shipment = delivery time + expected delivery time.

7. In the event of unavailability of a part of goods covered by the order, the Buyer shall be immediately notified thereof. The buyer decides whether the order is to be partially or completely canceled.

8. A limited number of goods is intended for promotional sales and sales. Orders are processed in the order in which confirmed orders are received until stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.

9. The price given for each commodity is binding at the moment of placing the order by the customer. The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, to introduce new products to the offer of an online store, to carry out and cancel promotions on the store's websites, or to make changes to them.

10. The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods by choosing one of the following payment methods:
- by bank transfer to the store's account,
- transactions are settled via Dotpay

11. The store guarantees the return of an amount equal to the price of the goods and the baskets of its dispatch.

12. The ordered goods are sent in Poland via the supplier chosen during the order

13. At the moment of confirmation by the Buyer of the order sent by him, an agreement is concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER. The subject of the contract is the product mentioned in the order.
The rights and obligations of the parties resulting from the concluded contract are regulated in the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16, item 93 with subsequent exchanges) and in the Act of March 2, 2000. on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended).


14. Return of goods. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 "on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", the customer may resign from the goods bought in our store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. A model statement of withdrawal can be downloaded here. It is possible only when the goods do not bear traces of use, is complete and has not been damaged in any way. The returned product should be sent back to the following address: Anna Botor Hisoutfit ul. Miła 15a 43-190 Mikołów. The store guarantees a refund equal to the price of the goods. The money will be returned within 14 business days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. The return of an atypical product made exclusively at the request of the Buyer is impossible, which is in accordance with Article 10 paragraph 3 points 4 and 5. The reason is the lack of resale of the product, its individual characteristics or dimensions created as a result of an atypical order. The buyer still has the right to complain, also in the case of goods made to individual order

15. Complaints. If, after receiving the goods, the customer finds physical defects in it, he should send it back by post to: Anna Botor Hisoutfit ul. Miła 15a 43-190 Mikołów. The store does not accept any parcels sent on delivery. The costs related to returning the goods complained about, the shop returns immediately after receiving the parcel and considering the complaint. The description of the reason for the complaint should be attached to the returned goods. All complaints are dealt with within 5 business days of their receipt. Defective goods will be exchanged for a new full-value product, and if this is not possible anymore (for example due to stock shortages), the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the price of goods or offer other goods available in the store.
